AmNewYork, a daily newspaper in New York City, has named Genesis10 a Top Workplace.
Genesis10 secured a spot in the top 10 in the small business category, with a ranking at No. 8.
The amNewYork Top Workplaces program recognizes companies that are committed to making their organizations a great place to work, based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction. The analysis included surveys of more than 10,000 companies at New York public, private and nonprofit organizations.
“Genesis10 is honored to be recognized as a Top Workplace in New York,” said Glenn Klein, president and CFO of Genesis10. “This distinction really belongs to each and everyone of our New York area employees who work tirelessly on behalf of our clients and consultants. I thank them for their efforts and thank amNewYork for this recognition.”
To qualify for the New York Top Workplaces list, a company must have more than 50 employees in the five boroughs of New York City. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses. Only companies that met or exceeded national benchmarks made the lists.
Genesis10, a certified disability-owned business enterprise, is no stranger to workplace honors. The company was recognized nationally as a Top Workplace in USA Today. Both our Charlotte and Milwaukee branches have also received the same recognition.
