Genesis10 is one of 223 U.S. or Canada-based companies included on Staffing Industry Analysts' 2024 list of diversity-owned staffing firms.
To be included on the list, companies were required to have proof of third-party certifications. This is the second year in a row that Genesis10 was featured on the list.
Genesis10 was certified as a disability-owned business enterprise (DOBE) in 2023 through Disability:IN. The certification is granted to businesses that are at least 51 percent owned, operated, controlled and managed by a person with a disability. Harley Lippman, founder, CEO and owner of Genesis10, is neurodivergent.
Diversity Brings Benefits
As a DOBE, Genesis10 brings a unique perspective and set of benefits to the table that can greatly enhance any diversity and inclusion initiative.
“We are thrilled to once again be included on SIA’s list of diversity-owned staffing firms,” said Katrina Parker-Evelyn, Genesis10’s senior director of strategic initiatives. “This recognition is significant for us, as we are striving every day to create a more inclusive workplace for our staff, our consultants, and our clients. We also applaud SIA for publishing this list as it increases awareness of diversity in the staffing industry.”
Additional Genesis10 Recognitions
In addition to being featured on SIA’s diversity-owned staffing firms, Genesis10 is a perennial presence on SIA’s lists of the largest staffing and IT staffing firms.
Genesis10 is also celebrating its 25th anniversary this year and was recently honored by Comparably for our career growth opportunities as well as our leadership team.
