In a new article that profiles Shelly Moore, Genesis10 recognizes the Vice President of Infrastructure at YRC Worldwide for her contributions to the technology community promoting professional growth and job retention in Kansas City. The article also debuts a new ad for Genesis10, “Workforce Challenges? Plan Your Next Move with Genesis10.”

According to the article, Moore joined YRCW in 2017 after working in several industry sectors, including retail. At YRCW, she is reinventing her career while transforming her department into a learning organization primed for growth.

“You have to be introspective before you move into a new industry,” Moore said in the article, Mind-set Over Matter. “It can’t be about the title. There has to be a particular reason you’re passionate about the opportunity—then take the risk. What energizes me at YRCW is the complex, nationally known, multi-brand structure, and opportunities to drive innovative cost savings while improving service for our customers.”

Genesis10’s Kansas City Metro team, led by Guy Arnone, Business Operations Director, with Jason Belcher, Senior Account Executive, manages the firm’s relationship with YRCW and works with Moore who recognizes Genesis10 as a strategic partner.

Genesis10's Kansas City Metro office is on the Kansas City Business Journal's Top Information Services Outsourcing Firms list for 2018.
