CIOs have many challenges, perhaps none more critical than overcoming existing and new constraints to acquire top IT talent.
Ami Sarnowski, Chief Innovation Officer at Genesis10, will address this challenge and provide the c-suite with alternatives to traditional resourcing approaches at the 2017 MHTA Spring Conference on May 9 at the Minneapolis Depot Renaissance on Washington Avenue in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Speaking at the event’s CIO Breakfast, Sarnowski will offer new models to address the tight talent market in the Twin Cities. Her talk will be informative as well as collaborative: She asks that attendees bring their questions and comments.
The 2017 MHTA Spring Conference will consist of five general sessions and 15 breakout sessions, including a keynote speech by Neel Kashkari, President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.
Technology leaders from more than 160 companies have registered to participate in the event of which Genesis10 is a sponsor.
“We are seeing people register to attend from the Dakotas and Wisconsin, so it is exciting to put together a conference that will focus on how technology is transforming America’s Heartland,” said Andrew Wittenborg, Director of Outreach with the MHTA.
MHTA, or the Minnesota High Tech Association, is an innovation and technology association united in fueling Minnesota’s prosperity. MHTA helps bring together the people of Minnesota’s technology ecosystem and lead the charge in directing technology issues to Minnesota’s state capitol and the local affiliate for its global partner TECNA—Technology Councils of North America.
