Twenty-four years ago, Remster Bingham got an unexpected call from Genesis10 CEO Harley Lippman. Thinking it was to provide a reference for a former colleague, Bingham was surprised to learn that Lippman was instead recruiting him for a role with Genesis10.
Struck by the strong sense of community at Genesis10, Bingham quickly recognized that the culture Lippman created aligned with his own values and needs.
He continues the story in a new article, “Genesis10's Anniversary: Reflecting on 25 Years” posted on the workplace culture and compensation site, Comparably.
Starting with Genesis10 as a recruiter, Bingham became the company's first remote employee, supporting branch locations across the country. He rose to the role of Vice President of Recruiting in 2014 and now leads a team of more than 100 recruiters.
Bingham finds fulfillment in his role, being able to carry on that strong sense of community. “The most rewarding part of my role is that I can continue to foster our corporate culture of compassion,” he says. “Over the years, I have been able to support many of our employees through exciting and difficult times in their lives.”
Under his leadership, Genesis10's recruiting team boasts one of the industry's lowest turnover rates, enabling recruiters to become experts in supporting individual clients and understanding specific technologies.
In 2024, Staffing Industry Analysts named CEO Lippman to its Staffing 100 North America list, while Genesis10 has received Top Workplace in the USA and Best of Staffing Client and Employee awards.
Genesis10 is a certified Disability-Owned Business Enterprise.
